Nick Watts

Founder

Nick is the founder of Depict Creative and as Managing Director in the team, his eye for great design and attention to detail is what keeps work looking great and clients happy. A decade working as a designer with a full-service agency gave Nick the insight of what skills and capabilities were needed to cut it with larger organisations and their marketing objectives.

A quiet character generally but when he gets going, oh what stories he can tell. Nick’s determination to provide the best possible customer service to all clients has rubbed off on the rest of the team and everyone follows suit when dealing with clients.

Helen Watts

Director & Studio Manager

Helen’s role covers many bases in the business. A capable designer with great experience in packaging for the toys and gifts industry, she is also a lightning-quick content editor when it comes to our client's websites. This girl knows her way around a Content Management System! She is also responsible for the admin side of the business, making sure invoices are paid (and collected), organising the ever-growing accounts and keeping everything 'balanced'. Helen is exactly the kind of person every good business needs, a constant reviewer of operations and makes sure everything is meticulously planned well before that moment where things start to get a bit panicky.

Mike Harrison

Lead Developer

Mike is the technical expert and lead developer. He has been working in web design and development for over a decade, building online solutions for our clients. With his indepth knowledge of other content management systems such as Craft, Get Kirby, Perch and Statamic, we have can offer our clients the right CMS without compromise.

When he isn't coding, you can probably find him geeking out on the latest Marvel movie installment on Disney.

Anne Bode

Wordpress Developer

Anne is a website designer and developer, who specialises in WordPress websites. Anne uses her experience with HTML and CSS to create bespoke WordPress themes. These websites don't just look good on the outside, they are also super easy to update in the backend. And for those who need a confidence booster, Anne can also provide valuable Wordpress training.

When she isn't working on websites, she loves gaming - Minecraft is a favourite - playing Pathfinder, or cuddling her dog, Biscuit.

Aaron Child

Video Production

Aaron has a unique ability to create engaging stories on the small screen for our clients. He loves it when a client pushes their ideas to the max and he can capture anything and make it look good. His knowledge and capability when it comes to creating video is mesmerising. When he isn't filming you will find him editing all his footage together in a dark room with a cup of very very fine coffee. He's a bit of a connoisseur!

Tony Rowlands

CGI Animator

Want to make a pig talk? Or see yourself flying in space? Tony can make all of your wildest dreams come true. With the ability to take, morph and animate anything you throw at him, Tony is our CGI man who well and truly can.

Katie Haddock

Event Marketing & Content Co-Ordinator

Katie is our content creator when it comes to promoting your brand or event. Her passion for producing engaging digital content knows no boundaries. She is an avid blogger (and vlogger); presenting and content building comes natural to her. Katie is in her element when marketing our clients' brand during events and assisting the management of large scale events such as festivals.

Freelance Designers & Developers

We regularly use freelance designers to assist our team on certain projects or during busy periods.

Fine artworking skills and speed are a prerequisite of working within our team. The ability to grasp a client brief and fire up those creative juices are what we expect from any good designer.
